  • Cast Iron Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage You can also use ground beef as well
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning feel free to use your own recipe here for the seasoning.
  • 1 can Rotel undrained
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed

Instructions
 

  • Warm a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the pork sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Sauté until fully browned and cooked through.
  • Sprinkle in the taco seasoning. If the mixture looks a bit dry, add about 1/4 cup of water to help everything blend nicely.
  • Toss in the undrained Rotel and cubed Velveeta. Lower the heat to medium-low.
  • Stir occasionally until the cheese is fully melted, and the dip is smooth, creamy, and well combined.
