Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 10 minutes mins
- 1 lb Pork Sausage You can also use ground beef as well
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning feel free to use your own recipe here for the seasoning.
- 1 can Rotel undrained
- 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
Warm a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the pork sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Sauté until fully browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning. If the mixture looks a bit dry, add about 1/4 cup of water to help everything blend nicely.
Toss in the undrained Rotel and cubed Velveeta. Lower the heat to medium-low.
Stir occasionally until the cheese is fully melted, and the dip is smooth, creamy, and well combined.
