- 1 lb. chicken – We used thighs for extra tenderness, but breasts work great too.
- 1 bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning (or fresh garlic if you have it!)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce – Rao’s is our favorite for its rich, creamy texture.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 16 oz box of pasta – Penne, Cavatappi, Cellentani, rotini, or even fettuccine all work beautifully. We love it with Cellentani!

How to make Crockpot Parmesan Pasta
- Add chicken to the bottom of your crockpot.
- Pour in the Garlic Parmesan Sauce, making sure the chicken is fully coated.
- Sprinkle on the smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken right in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in the Alfredo sauce, then add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Boil the pasta separately according to the package directions. Drain well.
- Add the pasta to the crockpot and mix until everything is creamy and evenly coated.
- Serve hot and garnish with a little extra parmesan or fresh parsley if you’re feeling fancy!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs
- 1 Bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce We love Rao's
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 16 oz Box of Pasta Cavatappi is what we love
Instructions
- Add chicken thighs to crockpot.
- Cover the chicken with the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Add smoked paprika, Italian Seasoning, garlic and onion Powder (sometimes fresh garlic if we have it)
- Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until chicken comes up to correct temperature
- Shred chicken in crockpot with two forks.
- Add Alfredo Sauce
- Add Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese and mix well
- Let this sit on warm
- Boil Pasta according to directions
- Add Pasta to crockpot and mix well
