- Blackstone Griddle
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 Can (7 oz) Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 tbsp taco seasoning we use our homemade Taco Time Taco Seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic Minced
- Your Favorite taco toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Add oil to the surface (avocado oil works great for its high smoke point).
- Add ground beef and begin breaking it apart with your spatula.
- As it starts to cook, add the diced onion and stir to combine.
- Continue cooking and breaking up the meat until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Stir in the fire roasted green chiles and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to help it mix into the meat evenly.
- While the meat finishes cooking, warm corn or flour tortillas on the other side of the Blackstone over low heat.
