Cuisine Mexican
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 Can (7 oz) Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 tbsp taco seasoning we use our homemade Taco Time Taco Seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic Minced
- Your Favorite taco toppings
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Add oil to the surface (avocado oil works great for its high smoke point).
Add ground beef and begin breaking it apart with your spatula.
As it starts to cook, add the diced onion and stir to combine.
Continue cooking and breaking up the meat until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink.
Stir in the fire roasted green chiles and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to help it mix into the meat evenly.
While the meat finishes cooking, warm corn or flour tortillas on the other side of the Blackstone over low heat.
Remove the meat and tortillas from the griddle.
Assemble tacos with your favorite toppings—shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, or guac!
