Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 Can (7 oz) Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 tbsp taco seasoning we use our homemade Taco Time Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • Your Favorite taco toppings

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Add oil to the surface (avocado oil works great for its high smoke point).
  • Add ground beef and begin breaking it apart with your spatula.
  • As it starts to cook, add the diced onion and stir to combine.
  • Continue cooking and breaking up the meat until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink.
  • Stir in the fire roasted green chiles and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
  • Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to help it mix into the meat evenly.
  • While the meat finishes cooking, warm corn or flour tortillas on the other side of the Blackstone over low heat.
  • Remove the meat and tortillas from the griddle.
  • Assemble tacos with your favorite toppings—shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, or guac!
