Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. seasoned ground beef use our Blackstone Ground Beef Taco Meat Recipe
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup black beans or Kidney Beans optional
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips or strips
  • Sour cream, salsa, or ranch dressing for topping
  • Optional: sliced avocado, jalapeños, corn

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the beef: Cook taco meat if not already prepared.
  • Build the salad base: In a large bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, black beans, and cheese.
  • Add the meat: Spoon warm taco meat over the top.
  • Finish it off: Sprinkle with crushed tortilla strips and drizzle with your favorite dressing or dollop of sour cream and salsa.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!
