Just toss everything in your slow cooker and let it do the work. You’ll end up with a comforting bowl of chili that’s great on its own or loaded up with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or crushed tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Kidney Beans drained
  • 1 packet Chili Seasoning (you can make your own as well)
  • 2 cans Rotel undrained
  • 1 can 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 1.5 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Onion Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced onion seasoning and garlic until fully cooked.
  • Add the beef to your crockpot, followed by Rotel, drained beans, chili seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the flavors are blended and everything is heated through.
