Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb yellow potatoes scrubbed and cut into bite-sized pieces (skin-on)
  • Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Potatoes: Add the cut potatoes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Air Fry: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping or tossing halfway through.
  • Check for Doneness: Cook until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender when pierced with a fork.
