In a bowl, combine tomatoes, 2 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, mozzarella pearls, onion, and 2 tsp of Soffritto Seasoning. Stir until combined.
Slice the baguette and brush each piece with the remaining olive oil.
Broil for 1–2 minutes, or air fry at 370°F for about 3 minutes, until golden.
Top toasted baguette slices with the bruschetta mixture.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil.
