Ingredients
  

  • ½ pint halved snacking tomatoes about 12 oz
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil divided into 2 tbsp each
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • Balsamic glaze For Drizzle
  • ¼ cup julienne cut basil + more for garnish
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced or minced
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella pearls sliced in half
  • 1 French Baguette or French bread sliced
  • 1 tbsp Italian style Soffritto seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine tomatoes, 2 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, mozzarella pearls, onion, and 2 tsp of Soffritto Seasoning. Stir until combined.
  • Slice the baguette and brush each piece with the remaining olive oil.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes, or air fry at 370°F for about 3 minutes, until golden.
  • Top toasted baguette slices with the bruschetta mixture.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil.
