Doritos Quesadilla: Cheesy, Crunchy, and Totally Fun

This is not your average quesadilla! With layers of gooey cheese, taco-seasoned beef, and the bold crunch of Doritos in every bite, it’s a mashup that hits all the right notes. The flavor? Loud. The texture? Next level. The prep? Easy-peasy.

Try mixing Doritos flavors! Go half Nacho Cheese and half Cool Ranch in the same quesadilla for an unexpected flavor bomb.

Tips for Success

Use freshly shredded cheese – It melts better and gives you the best stretch.

Don’t overstuff! A little goes a long way when it comes to beef and chips.

Griddle or skillet both work: Use what’s convenient—both give that crispy golden finish.

Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter for easy serving.

Make-Ahead & Storage

Make-Ahead Instructions:

Cook the beef in advance and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Storing Leftovers:

Wrap leftover wedges in foil and reheat in a skillet or oven to restore crispness.
